Making it more difficult to access money is also a last resort measure that worked for me. I had no credit cards, no debit card and a bank who's closest branch was 30 miles from this casino. This reduced my losses significantly in the end and gave me time to cool down, think and rationalize as I was running out of the casino to go get more money.
And sometimes just doing nothing!
It is possible, absolutely. Just stay away and keep your money where it should be and that is in the bank! I opened an onlive savings acct. & I must THINK before I ACT to draw money from it to send to my checking acct.
Maybe not the best idea, but an idea nonetheless.
