Does anyone else have constant als fear?I use to have cancer, lupus fear etc but i did tests and i am fine. Now i worry that i have uncurable als cause my muscles twitch. Cant sleep. Im obsessing. I hate my life. Trying to convince myself its ok even if i do have it i will die and it will be the end of it. Seems to me i really dont want to die and am scared of it so much i imagine a milion different diseases. Now i have stomach ache too and chest pain . Does it ever end????

Guys, i have been strugling with general anxiety for three years now. Now, its not as bad as before, i mean i was waay worse, but i have never experienced muscle pain. My muscles started hurting a few months ago. I have spasms, cramps and they hurt all over. Did something like this happen to anyone? Cause im starting to freak out

I am dealing with anxiety, panic attacks and depression for some time now. After some time spent in therapy with a psychologist i really like and trust i statrted feeling bit better. Before, i didnt have one moment of peace. I would wish to sleep during the day, but my anxiety is worse at night, and i would get nightmares.
