  Does anyone experience memory issues or (so they think) because of how co dunes you are with worry and anxiety that something is wrong? And ofcourse in turn that makes you worry more.

  I have always been afraid to die. But it wasn't until a few months ago after having a miscarriage and going through a surgery that my hypochondria really starting getting bad. I think about being sick or death 24/7. I am so afraid I am dying of something related to my brain and for no reason. If I forget something I am worried I have cancer or a tumor but it's because I spend all my time thinking about it that sometimes I'm not paying attention to what's going on around me. I am tired of always...
