  I haven't been on in a while. I just feel like such a failure. I know this is a safe place and that no one is going to judge me, but I am just so tired of constantly failing. I will be doing great with my eating and working towards recovery, but then something will trigger me and the next thing I know, I binge. Which makes me feel awful and so I purge. I just want to go an entire week without an episode. Why is that so hard? I'm just feeling really down on myself right now.

  I've really been trying lately, but I've been struggling. I started eating again, which would be great if I could do it in a healthy way. Either I eat too little or I binge and purge because I feel guilty. I hate that I can't stop. I went and bought a bunch of healthy food today (which is a huge step because I wasn't keeping any food in my home out of fear). But I'm so scared I can't do it. I just want to be healthy. I want to enjoy food again and nourish my body. Does anyone have any advice to...

  The last few days have been rough. I thought I made a breakthrough over the weekend, but on Sunday I ended up bingeing after my family problems got worse. I hated myself for it.
