If you crave something on the brink of sanity just eat it. But think about this, does it solve your problem? Does it actually make you happy?
Well, maybe I’ve been doing this cycle for way too long. But recently I just sat down and thought …and realized that food doesn’t even make me happy anymore! Why do I do it? It almost became a reflex to any negative thoughts and stimuli. I eat to the point I feeling sick, then I feel ashamed and the problem is still there.
So my advice to you, if you want something just eat it, incorporate it in a healthy meal. Don’t fixate on it.
Keeping a food diary helps me, working out helps me (even I actually hate it), and try to talk about the problem you have, the thing that’s stressing you out, because food is not going to solve it, believe me.
