  Hello. New to this forum. I'm only 37 and believe that I have been having perimenopause symptoms for the last couple years. The worst is the debilitating anxiety, phobias, unentintional weight loss, nausea, extreme panic attacks and racing heart. I've become housebound now which is not like me. I was always so outgoing, beautiful and successful. Now when I look in the mirror all I see is this dried up skeleton of an emotional wreck. Is there hope beyond this? Will I gain the weight back?   I'm not sure if I actually do have an eating disorder. I've lost so much weight in the past 6 months. I don't have an appetite at all. I'm just wondering if it is something medically wrong with me. Help!!

  Has anyone here successfully come off Mirtazapine with little withdrawls? I've been on it since Feb 17th of this year. I currently take 22.5mgs a day splint into 3 doses a day. I want to come off this drug. It's doing more bad than good. Help!
