Can anyone give me insight on these tests results I had done last month?
T3 Utake is 24 Range is 24 to 39
TSH is 1.020 Range is 0.450 to 4.500
Free T4 is 1.35 Range is 0.82 to 1.77
I feel I have all the symptoms of a thyroid problem but not too sure about these results. These are just from my primary doctor. Not an endocrinologist.
I do not see a problem with the above tests.
However, I would suggest getting a Free T3 test to see if any possibility of a T3 Thyrotoxicosis. The T3 Uptake test is outdated.
The Free T3 test is also known as Triiodothyronine Free Serum test.

It is a good possibility that your thyroid labs could pattern the Hashi's condition. This means one goes through a hypER phase before going hypO.
Your TSH is higher, so as a layperson I am not even thinking Graves' Disease or HypERthyroidism. At least not at the moment.
However if the Endo will reorder the Free T4, the TSH, add the Free T3, and do all the thyroid antibodies I've mentioned so far, a more complete picture should, hopefully, be seen.
