  Woke up earlier as usual the past 10 weeks, back to work since I was on Disability Leave due to mental breakdown. It's going to be a long day, I can feel it, I pray it goes well with co workers today. Swamp Cooler sucks the past 3 days warm air coming through vents and we just got a new swamp cooler, how does a swamp cooler work in 103 degree temperature, I need to put my butt in motion and get ready for work, wish me luck it all goes well. Till Again

  Woke up around 8:30, had my coffee, listening to the Moe, Larry and Curly (kid goats) cry for their milk, went out and fed them and the chickens, watered the fruit trees and attended my garden, trying the bucket garden, can't seem get things to grow well in them. I live in the desert and don't care much of growing anything in the ground, but I may have to resort to the ground. Had an apt with my Psych today on cam but her internet never seems to work with me, so ended up calling me and...

  I made it to another day which is Today, very grateful that is :) I woke up early this morning 6 AM. Decided well it's a good day to start walking outside, I did about 3.5 laps around my property, battery on my MP3 player was dying ugh, I know I should of listened to the sound of nature but I stopped and fed my crying kids Mo, Larry and Curly (Pygmy Goats). Deciding what to do next, hmmmm I think I will clean my kitchen thourly by taking everthing off the counters and do a deep clean. My mind...

  Today started off great, fed my 3 Stooges Kid goats, Mo, Larry and Curly; Fed 8 new chicks, cleaned out the  chicken coop, watered my  garden and all the fruit trees. I think its really weird for a Dr would personally text a patient, making sure their up with all thier visits and having a blood preasure monitor sent to them, it's just plain out weird I think, well....the package came today it was the blood preasure monitor the Dr aparently had sent to my husband, it came from Wisconsin a name...

  OMG it's been a long time since I have been here, I got married, hired permately. Now life is now a tornado, I went from working with co workers to working from home, no people interaction, took some time to get use to, I live in a rural area, internet sucked, worked at mother n laws house ended up working back at home, Corona Virus hit and really got lonely because didn't leave the house for months. I started going crazy in my head, things started to show up in weird areas of my office,...

  Well I went from purging all day to only Dinner now. I tried to count the calories but by the 3rd day I end up eating unhealthy and stop the calorie counting. My body aches now I use to be able to work out every day but now my body and legs ache.. and I'm tired. I was diagnosed Bipolar recently and have been put on meditation I'm wondering if this medication is making my Body ache and tired all the time.
