Today 7 17 2020

Today started off great, fed my 3 Stooges Kid goats, Mo, Larry and Curly; Fed 8 new chicks, cleaned out the  chicken coop, watered my  garden and all the fruit trees. I think its really weird for a Dr would personally text a patient, making sure their up with all thier visits and having a blood preasure monitor sent to them, it's just plain out weird I think, well....the package came today it was the blood preasure monitor the Dr aparently had sent to my husband, it came from Wisconsin a name on the package was from a girl who Ifeel I have heard this name before, I am very insecure and can be jellous at times, alot goes through my mind, is this from someone could be having an affair with online. Their was a note in the package stated "with Love heart sign from Wisconsin. Are Dr's really sending Blodo preasure monitors  to patients through the mail, and not a prescription to pick up one at the pharmacy. I have dropped my guard down in past relationships trusting them and then find out they were having an affair. I just don't want to be the fool again. 

Talked to my sister today, moms 83 apparently she is been really honery to others and myself very mean. She started taking Lyrica for her depression Norothapy  and a side affect is Manic, I wonder if she knows she's being very Manic explosive to others. I told her to send her the side effects of this drug. Sending my sister a phone charger, her finances are in a limbo.

I have been on Disability leave for the past 6 weeks for my Bipolar disorder, waiting for the medication to balance me out. Today wasn't a good day with this package thing. I almost lost it, but took breaths and calmed down. 

Going to do some yoga and walk my treadmill.
