  Hello all:  It seems my fear of going outside is getting worse.  I live alone so I have to go out for groceries, medication and other errands.  I live alone with noone to help me.  Can anyone give me ideas on what can help me push through this fear? So scared I'll become completely homebound.

  She found me eighteen years ago....and it was love at first sight.  My cat, Mitzi, has been in poor health for a while now.  Today she passed away in my arms.  The house seems so empty and lonely.  It really hurts.  I want her back with me.  I cannot imagine my life without her.  She has been a constant companion for so long.  I don't know if I can do this or not.  It hurts so bad.  I just pray I will see her again one day.  I hope she's running free of pain in heaven.  I miss her...
