  What are some things you do to manage anxiety? How does anxiety affect your daily life? Does it hold you back from doing things you would like to do? I am watching youtube videos on how to manage anxiety which I'm finding helpful. Anxiety doesn't affect me every day, but just in certain situations and sometimes. I have performance anxiety. It has held me back from becoming a teacher. I currently substitute teach and am finishing a teacher education program. I was in one several years ago, but...

  I am not sure if this is anxiety or not...sometimes I blank out and cannot think. It happens when I am especially stressed out. It is interfering with my education and job. Does anyone else experience this? Any ideas about what I can do to overcome it?
