  i was raped by my brother when i was a little girl and it still hurts me to this day he killed me.....or some days i wish he had i cant say im living but i am alive what he did killed my spirit and the bad part is that my father the man who i thought was my protector proved he was the worst monster so how do i keep going truth be told im on auto pilot a constant state of survival mode which means i never really enjoyed living just exzisting

  im 34 years old and i still feel like a teen lol in the since of emotions and understanding i mean i still dont know what i wanna be when i grow up i have gone threw so many things in the past 5 years im seriously digressing and for me to be as smart as (I) think i am im scared i could at one time eat (read) a book up in one day now i cant even concentrate on a paragraph i dont sleep much any more cause it just seem like bad dreams are all i ever have im not a bad person at all im funny, sweet...

  hello im new to this group and i was just hoping i could share something with you all and hopefully get some helpful feed back that may get me threw my heart ache and loss. My mom passed away almost 2 1/2 years ago and it still hurts the pit of my stomach we were close and im  grown up but i honestly miss the worst advice in the world she would give me so that i can work it out for my self but she still took credit for the idea she was funny like that she would call me using diferent voices as...

  hell im new to this but it feels right. i have been suffering from insomnia for so long it seems like its just how i was. i started noticing it was something wrong after i had my 2nd child, it seem whenever i am really stressed out i cannot sleep but its funny i dont care for sleep at all but i know its not healty to not get sleep but my body dont crave sleep until i have been awake for atleast a week and some times i have to drink just to put my self down i mean even sleeping pill do nothing...
