  Before I started this 21 day program I thought stress was something I had to just cope with so thats what I did for years. This site explains how stress is the root cause of most of our bad thoughs, emotions, physical conditions and behaviors. I was pretty shocked cause I have never thought of this way. Anyhow I bought the program and am halfway through and I gotta say that so far it seems to be working. I havent had a flash of anger in over 2 weeks. I also dont feel as overwhlemed as I usually...

  Im a stay at home dad with my two young boys. I've never really suffered from anxiety except for sundays. It seemed like eveyr Sunday around 3 or 4 pm I would start getting severe anxiety knowing my wife had to go back to work tomorrow and I would be alone with the kids. I wasnt afraid that something bad was going to happen or anything like that. I would just get anxious thinking about the whole week ahead with my kids by myself 8-12 hours a day and it would make me start to worry and panic...
