  i dont understand what has happened to my confidence this past year. Last summer i was so beautiful and the winter and strees and just so much stress this year, i feel like and LOOk like ive aged YEARS in one. I dont undrrstand. I guess i have not been taking care of myself at all :( i need to love myself and be happy with the way i look again. I guess i should start by getting a haircut but the thought of going is scaring me. I dont get why i feel so scared to do something i absolutely loved...

  i don't understand why i drink. I know now i am an alcoholic though, i blacked out again lastnight. I always drink way tooo much. When i start drinking i have good intentions but then i overly drink, i will start drinking the alcohol straight and lose control and black out. I need help but scared and dont know who turn tooo or what to expect if i go to aa, i really wont feel like talking at first, especially while sober.

  Happy Canada Day Everyone! Im trying to feel bubbly this morning, but my anxiety is taking over because i am celebrating Canada Day today, luckily i have an amazing boyfriend who reallly really really is supportive with my problems. :) He is such a blessing in my life. Anyways we moved to a new city about 5 months ago and this will be my first time celebrating it in a big city..... And i get so scared thinking how many more people it is comppared to my old small town. My ptsd does not always...

  Im feeling very frustrated today. i dont understand why it has only hit me today i guess i numbed it out all weekend. but im thinking about how at my doctors appointment last week my doctor of 10 years wasnt being very understanding or listening to me verl well. shes not a psyciatrist, just my regular family doctor. anyways i see her for r my severe anxiety and ptsd for 4 years now and im trying to get disabilty, i just feel like she dosent listen, shes had me on a lot of meds and i try to...
