  Suicidal thoughts got in bed with me last night and kept me awake until the early morning hours. I've slept all day and now I'm ashamed to be around my family now that I'm awake. I think they understand it's the depression but I still feel like they think I'm not trying hard enough. If they only knew how terrible last night was for me.  I can't tell them. I don't want to scare them.

  hi I'm a new user and this my first foray into online support groups. Right now I'm feeling okay. I was talking to a crisis counselor this evening (when I was not OK) who pointed me to this site. I'm 33F with depression/anxiety/possible Bipolar disorder and sometimes I need someone to talk to that understands depression or anxiety.  I'm feeling anxious about posting this but thought I needed to make an easy post so I don't feel so scared if I need more support later.
