  I'm almost afraid to talk about it. Good days are rare and today is one of them. I am basking in it. Today is a day of positive thinking. No bad mood. No negative outlook. No self-doubt.   Been awhile since my last post. Some new things are occurring. Started a new job last Monday. Wasn't thrilled about it the first two days but things take time. I've worked four shifts and I'm slowly settling in.I'm already contemplating a second job because I know the first won't be the amount I'm looking to sustain me.   My first appointment is approaching quickly.I've found a therapist and soon I'll be attending my first session. I've never done therapy before. I know the first visit is called an intake session. It's a chance to see what my issues are, if he/she can assist, and if we'll be a good fit.
