  So today the girl I thought was my best friend decided she didn't wanna be friends anymore.  I cried all day and for once my dad came in and actually talked to me. It was nice to talk to him for once about how I felt. He was caring. I wish he could be like this more often or that my mom could be like this tol. That would make things better.P.s Go to Petland and cuddle puppies for 3 hours if you're really upset.  It helps.

  I'm 16 and have anxiety and severe depression. As the only daughter of a middle class family, you'd think my parents would try to help me and talk to me when I'm upset,  instead they both call me selfish for wanting to be okay and tell me to go to hell. I've had it. I'm so stressed and they always make it worse. I don't wanna do it anymore. They make me feel worthless . My own parents! Sometimes I wish I wasn't alive or could just run away and never come back...
