  Today has turned out better than I planned, I still caught myself dwelling here and there, but overall it was a good day.   Some days are better than others, and somedays I feel good and I don't dwell, and others all the negative comes in and brings me down. I dwell to much, my insecurities come out, and then when my husband does try to talk to me about bills, etc..
