I thought I could hold off to go see my doctor about my bipolar he is not in the office this month so I would move my apt from April to March. I don't think I can hold off any longer since I've been with him for 5 years I don't want to switch doctor's im cutting myself trying to find ways to just hurt myself to match what I feel inside. I keep wondering what it will be like to take a knife and slit it across my wrist just to watch myself to bleed to feel the pain. I'm trying my hardest to hold...

I'm just tired. Tired of caring tired of trying to be helpful. I don't know if anyone has bipolar and has angry issues. Im always trying to start fights with strangers. I wanna punch a wall break my hand or take something sharp to cut myself just to feel some type of pain because inside I am numb. I can't stand my mother in law which I think a lot of my anger stems from the relationship we have. In this family there are 3 people that are important everyone else is shit. I have bipolar disorder. I'm a married woman who my in laws know this about me. I feel like they hold it over my head. I may be just having an off day could be tired. The same answer from them "oh your bipolar kicking in" I can't stand it. Always calling you out on your wrongs and never acknowledge your achievements. Lately I've been feeling like I wanna fight. Was at the grocery store earlier and this lady in front of me was doing nothing at all just waiting for her dude to bring an item back....
