  I feel like im losing myself.. i look in the mirror and i see a stranger.. someone just barely holding on to anything just trying to make it through the day.   Has anyone here ever actually had a way to cope with their anger that worked.. im trying so hard but i still blow sometimes.. sometimes at my S.O who has done nothing wrong and doesnt deserve it or even worse.. at my sweet innocent little child and he's learning bad behaviours from it.. he gets mad and blows just like i do and at little things.. worse than just normal tantrums..

  .. I feel like I grew up with depression but in all honesty I didn't..   Hi.. ive just recently discovered.. im codependant.. Its causing issues in my relationship... and im trying so hard to help myself and better my ways without losing my Boy friend.. i know that sounds stupid.. but through all my issues hes the only one who has stayed to help me.. and that i feel i truly love.. but i try to hide my emotions from him if they will cause him pain or anger.. or basically any negative emotion... its driving me mad.. i feel awful like im breaking into a million pieces...
