  I have been dealing with people telling  me I don't have pstd because I have only lost my 3 granddaughters to cps  my daughter is in prison been In out of bad and abusive relationships. Now tonight I can't sleep. I get like this especially when I am going to be around my mother. And two days ago my daughter in law decided to verbally  have war  with me.

  I see my daughter in 3 1/2 hours can't sleep. Been having panic  attacks and my chest hurts. Wish the kids waz home. I want a normal life

  I have anxiety and major panic  attacks.  I get a dooms day feeling and like the world is going g to end. My son and daughter in law and grandson are my security blanket. I panic worse when they leave. I lost my three granddaughters 3 years ago to cps due to my daughters drug use and she is now in prison.  I have been abused my entire life until recently.  I have a good man .. I am clean for 5 months.  And I have major insomia .. pls pray for me
