Im okay today. Its the new. But its different. I have had 3 flashbacks today. Each one different. Now i may sound crazy but the flashbacks are about what happened 4 years ago. I was on the bus and a girl threatened to kill me. I have never been able to let go of that event. And a year ago i was diagnosed with PTSD. I self harm. But my boyfriend made me realize it hurts people when i do that. Honestly what im trying to say is im triggered from all these flashbacks and i dont what to do. Can...

Please someone help me. I stuggle with terrible PTSD. And no one understands me. I just want to give up. I hate my life and myself. I just want to die. I was so happy and then i had the flashbacks and now im laying here crying. And have been for almost an hour now. Please i need help
