  I have struggled with things for a long time, I don't even known what to call it. I wasn't even sure what group to write in about this.   Ive always been a believer in choosing happiness. If you wake up in the morning sad, just decided to be happy instead and the rest of the day will go okay. But im starting to realize, maybe if youre not truly happy, just trying to convince yourself wont always work, eveentually the darkness catches up with you.   Lately ive been feeling like i cant converse with people. For example i just spent the weekend with a fairly new friend and i often felt long uncomfortable silences. This has happened with a previous friendship when we were already long time friends. Am i just not a talkative person? I just start to over think how i have no hobbies or passions and im boring have have nothing to talk about. It makes me feel really shitty and self concious. Anybody have any advice?
