  Does caffeine interfere with antidepressants? I'm on cymbalta and was doing really good. Yesterday I had 2 large cups of coffee and this morning my anxiety is back.  I haven't had caffeinesinve last June. I have been on cymbalta for 2 months. Last time my dr upped it was last Saturday by 10 mg but I was doing fine with that.

  I am feeling out of sorts today. On Saturday I accidentally took a 30 mg pill instead of 20 mg. Could that be what has me messed up? I take 30 at night and 20 in the morning. Suppose to be working up to 2 30 mg a day. I went back to the 20 this morning and will take the 30 tonight. Ugh. I hate anxiety!

  I am on hydroxyzine and it seems like when I take it in the early morning it makes my anxiety worse. But...I take it two more times during the day and it doesn't. Is it the hydroxyzine or is it that I need more at that time because my anxiety is so much worse in the morning? The anxiety doesn't seem to start till after I have taken the pill. So could that be all in my head??
