Because I looked it up, and yes, Cymbalta does have some interaction with caffeine and also with alcohol.
But I would think drinking 2 large cups of coffee might make anyone anxious, SSRI or not, lol :)
The other SSRI's don't all interact with caffeine. I drink 2 cups of coffee and 1 large ice tea every day and it doesn't affect my SSRI at all. But I space it out over time, not drink it all at once. I need the energy boost! Funny, it was actually my anxiety therapist that got me started on drinking caffeine!
You'll be fine.... eat something, and drink lots of water, to soak up the caffeine in your system.
