  I have had a friend breakup and I'm feeling extremely sad and I'm not quite sure how to handle it.She been in my life for many years.  I feel that she is very manipulative and on a certain level is emotionally abusive.Some things happened on recently and now she isn't talking to me after throwing some very hurtful comments at me.  She also is making it very obvious at work at something is up attempting to make me feel like the bad guyHow do I deal with the work environment and also her not...

  I don't know what to do or who I can voice my issue with.I have a coworker/friend that has been in my life for many years.  I feel that she is very manipulative and on a certain level is emotionally abusive.Some things happened on Friday and now she isn't talking to me after throwing some very hurtful comments at me.How do I deal with the work environment and also her not being part of my life?I haven't been sleeping well to start with and now with this I really haven't been.

  I have been diagnosed with HH and I'm establishing care with a Hemotologist next week.My brother has HH and has alot of organ damage because of how long it took for them to diagnose him.When I had a test in November:Iron 135UIBC 201Iron Binding Capacity 336Iron % Saturation 40%Ferritin 308I have been having some muscle weakness, just not feeling like myself, slight vision issues, etc.  Are these normal symptoms for my level?

  Can hemochromatosis cause muscle weakness?  I've been diagnosed but have not had an appointment yet with a hematologist.  I've been experiencing muscle weakness in my arms and I'm wondering if this could be associated
