  O.k. so some of you are working.  Major props to you I could not be around or talk to another person for more than 10 minutes at the most.  Has it is just from the morning work of washing dishes getting th Kiddos off to school and feeding my Lovely Wife breakfast I'm drained and need a power nap to start all over after school.\

  I have dealt with PTSD for over 30 yrs. now and I always fealt fortunate that I did not suffer from flash backs.  So I was totally caught off guard when yesterday out of nowhere I had one. Complete with smells and everything.  Oh God I hope it does not happen again.  I was so wired that even last night I could not sleep.  Anyone got any info on flashbacks?

  O.k. well I don't normally share this much or vent, but since some of you said this is the place to do it. I will give it a try.  I suffered sexual trauma when I was about 13 on two different occasions with different boys. So has a result I did not trust males.  Then in my early 20's I married a women that verbally and mentally abused me, whom turned out to be a lesbian(no I had no clue) and was in love with my sister.  Then I pretty much trusted no one.  Which was re-enforced when my...

  Hey everyone still here.  Just not feeling good.  Sometimes there is so much I don't know where to start and I don't want to bog everyone down in my muck.  This time of the holidays sometimes hits some of us  here hard, but I hope some of you find some good cheer.  My wife and girls are the only silver linings that help me get up every morning.  Again I have not left once again, I will try to be here more often.
