Hey everyone still here.  Just not feeling good.  Sometimes there is so much I don't know where to start and I don't want to bog everyone down in my muck.  This time of the holidays sometimes hits some of us  here hard, but I hope some of you find some good cheer.  My wife and girls are the only silver linings that help me get up every morning.  Again I have not left once again, I will try to be here more often.

hugs, tobe. nobody's keeping score, hun. it's always come as you are here, thank goodness for me or i wouldn't be allowed here : ) there has been a holiday gathering started on a post or there will be some, i heard fresh calorie free/high calorie bread baking/depending on if the person preferred to not gain or gain weight as we have both on the site. i'm looking forward to the calorie free kind, i can smell it right now too just thinking about it.

It is not "Bogging us down" when you bring your problems here, Sean. It strengthens our healing network mightily when anyone feels the safety and trust to share the load. There is no need to wait until you feel better to look for remedies for whatever ails you.

Please, share freely. Share often. The healing of one is the healing of us all.

No, it is definitely not bogging down. Even when I don't reply I read posts and I care, that's just not always easy to express into words.
