  This feeling is all to familiar. I've been here before.  That downward spiral, the one you see coming and try to head off. Somehow despite my best efforts I fail to stop it. I lost him 18 months and 9 days ago. Even though things were looking up recently, the criminal trial took its toll.   21 days ago, on October 8th at 6:30am my Fiance and I were involved in a car accident. A distracted driver tried to make an unsafe lane change while we were traveling around 65 miles per hour on the freeway. My fiance was driving the car and I sat next to him as he tried to avoid a collision. We ended up out of control as did the other driver, and went across four lanes of traffic into a ravine where I am told we rolled 6 plus times.
