The AAs have to call or text or email their sponsors every day. Since this is the best thing we got, and after reading some of the other topics, I'm going to propose that we do the same, just to touch base.

hi i'm shane. i day honest now. yesterday though i think my lying has ruined my marriage. call it the straw that broke the back. i want to stop lying. i want the ability to actually fight honestly for my family. my lies haven't been anything huge, just numerous.

I'm Peter and I'm a liar. It's my 7th day honest, and it may be too late to save my marriage. I so want this to stop.

I'm shane, i am a liar. been honest for a short while now. trying not to put an exact day count to it. my lying might have cost me my marriage, but i am working on it and at the moment things are looking good. i thank everybody here for they're help and wisdom. i wish everybody luck and strength.
