I knew there was one on here but I've never been able to go and look at it. I'd probally get too pissed off!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I am confused. I thought that the "Cheaters Anonymous" group is for people who are currently cheating and the "Out of the Fog" and "Rebuilding Marriage" groups are for people who are no longer cheating and trying to rebuild their marriage and heal. So why are those of you who are no longer cheating and are trying to heal hanging out on the "Cheaters Anonymous" group? Am I wrong here?

i thought it was for all cheaters, past and present (maybe some future ones.. who knows) but maybe I missed the fine print. if it is just for people who are currently cheating, then it's even worse.

Seems to me it mostly former cheaters and OPs or current cheaters and OPs trying to stop. Also many members (as myself are the betrayed spouses of the cheaters) Iv gotten some excellent advice and friendships from CA.

how do you "try" to stop cheating? you just.. stop. we're not so animalistic that we can't control who we spread our legs to or stick our dicks in. It's pretty easy. Just say no.

Its pretty sad that you are so upset everyone has a problem and apparently these people need help so they need a place to vent hopefully looking for a better way out of their situation.

I didn't even think there'd be a way to find it being so old.

If you didn't see anything on the cheaters anonymous site about regret for what they did, you didn't look very hard at all. I would say over half of the posts on there if not more talk about that.

And comparing people who have cheated and are trying to get past it, and people who have molested children and can't go near parks anymore is sick. That is not the same at all.

I dont beleive that a way to get over infedelity is to condemn others you dont even know for the things that they have done to other people. They joined the group for support so they could get past their issues, and you joined this group so you could get over yours. I see no point in going over to another group and taking out your anger on them, just because someone in your life hurt you. Take your anger out on them, not on others who have done nothing to you.

I am really sick of seeing this here..... DS is not a place to judge, its a place for support. Thats why i do not come to this group anymore, its too hostile. Even though i have been betrayed, i feel like most times this group isn't about getting over cheating, its about getting on your high horse and condeming others, and that is not the way to recover.

bennetcj - You are commenting and slamming people for things that were said in August of 2008. lacey posted to a thread that was 1 1/2 years old. Two people have now said so.
