English muffin with crunchy peanut butter, sliced apples and coffee...second cup was iced...found a Fast way to make...just about 1/8 water heated in micro, enough to blend coffee and half and half...touch of sugar...I don't often treat myself to sugar, so yummyyyyooo..smoothie sounds good Irish...like to join you for that... :) lunch pasta with feta cheese and parma cheese, dinner salmon with broc/coli flower...Have a Great Day To One and All :)

Hi all. Dropped in as it is that time of year again but of course very different this year. 2020 is another one I will be glad to see the back of.
Thought I'd dust this place off, search for some decorations and light a big fire.
It has been six years since we started this lounge and it might be good to have it open for people during the coming weeks.

Good idea Irish! I’ve brought you a plate of fresh baked Christmas cookies of all kinds. Sugar cookies in the shape of tin soldiers and snowmen and stars. Chocolate chip cookies, powdered sugar wedding cookies, espresso brownie squares..... and as always, in the lounge we never gain any weight bc it’s magical here! Haha

Feeling Christmasy is just what the doctor ordered and I love cookies unfortunately ...lol

It has gotten cold here - what are the temps like where you live? It is nice to get into the cosy, warm clothes, put on the heat and have some good home made soup.

It is sunny here, but cold. My macadamia nuts are whole, large, and salted. They are from Cosco. Does anyone want some? I would love a BLT, Jan. And I would love to have a fire like a couple of days ago!

I sure like the idea of a fire I think I will adjust the lights to low and pull up a chair...macadamia nuts OK...I brought a long two slow cookers one with spaghetti sauce and the other with raviolis. Grab a plate and load up!

I brought some caramel icecream to have with chopped madadamia nuts for after the pasta. Thanks all.
I hung some decorations and checked on the unicorns and am stretching out in front of the fire. It is a cold one today.
I think a hot port might be in order.

Oh how nice, I'm bringing some old shiny ornaments from the attic...love these vintage "Shiny Brights!"

Brought some ornaments I picked up from a local market.... all handmade with one for each of us.

Made some hot cocoa with baileys and brought a stacks of books for relaxing by the big cozy fireplace
