Bipolar Disorder Support Group
Bipolar disorder is not just a single disorder, but a category of mood disorders marked by periods of abnormally high energy and euphoria, often accompanied by bouts of clinical depression. This is the place to talk about your experience with bipolar disorder, learn from others' experiences, and find support.

going to relax here for a while and get out of my own head!
I'll put some coffee on and I have a little Bailey's to go with it!
Jan, I'll have a ginger and lemon tea with a drop of irish whiskey. my own version of a hot whiskey which is delicious.
and another piece of that chocolate cake. very bad day today.
There is a big chocolate cake in the fridge for Ladybugluvs tonight and for anyone else who needs delicious distraction. Fresh cream and Ice cream to go with it, try zapping it for 30seconds in the microwave -yummy decadence, (Does anyone want my very simple recipe?) when I worked as a chef it was one of my most popular desserts and is really easy to make.
Pumpkin coffee and coffee cake sound like just the thing after the feast of pumpkin bread (another thank you!).
Chandelier swinging is in order tonight I think to celebrate Ladybugs Great Escape and then maybe a jump into the ball pool and some relaxing in the sun with mimosas and good cheese and crackers. some music too I think

strawberries dipped in chocolate (90%) - keeping it simple.
might even have a small ruby port.
open for anyone who feels like joining me....
hope everyone has an excellent Saturday.
enjoy
just went for a half hour walk along the river _ about three minutes away from my house and beautiful all year round.
remember to wear layers as you warm up or cool down as you go and put a bottle of water in your pocket to keep hydrated. dehydration can worsen depression.
off we go! enjoy
