lovely with chocolate truffles and i also brought some strawberries, blueberries, grapes and raspberries to dip in a hot chocolate sauce i made with a little brandy in it yum yum,,,
full irish this morning the last sunday before christmas. we've got bacon, sausage, tomatoes, black pudding, eggs, boxty, mushrooms, and lots of tea and coffee or hot chocolate. fresh fruit too if anyone feels like it for afters.

It's cold and gray here and I'm glad to have a warm breakfast to start the day!
I started to learn italian tonight for the trip in a couple of weeks so hopefully i will retain some of it....4.00am I should be asleep as i have to have a tooth extraction in the morning and i am terrified. will i have recovered in time to be able to eat on friday???? wish they would knock me out for it. lol am such a baby.
I just came from a Solstice Celebration and my sister made this amazing dish -- Baked Brie? Has anyone ever had this?? You just put a bit of chutney on the top and bake until it's all mushy.
I'm bringing in some Baked Brie for those of you who haven't (and those of you who have!) tried it!!
