a tooth extraction turned into a double job - no fun so i am here trying to eat a yogurt and not think about it too much. no alcohol allowed so i'll just have to have a couple of bottles of rose prosecco here instead. anyone up for a glass,

yes i have an infection and thrush and other problens with my innards which i hope can now be sorted out, the blood thing has caused celllulitis in my legs. god where is there a body shop when you need one?

on the upside the vibro plate seems to be helping the fibro, I have had seven sessions on it now and after a good bit of stiffness in the beginning, i am a lot looser and hardly limping at all these days so that is great.

any news or excitement out there in the wide world?

I'm going to take up some time in a recliner by the fire for a bit it's been raining for many days straight here in sunny California and I need to just hole up for a bit....

Brought some sweet rolls with me and a big pot of coffee and one of tea if anyone wants to pull up a chair the fire is going good...

I'll have some tea and some jelly (jello) and ice cream, thanks May. good to see you.
