Hope everyone is well this morning. I went to the post office and only had to wait in line for a few minutes and it has just made me so happy that I now have some extra time to hang with you guys!

I went to the store today and bought 3, yes THREE Stollens!!
Of course, since I had some teeth extracted I can't eat it! Isn't that a kick in the butt? I'm drooling over them.

So...if anyone would like some toasted Stollen with butter I will be happy to oblige!!! Would you like tea or coffee with that?

I'm going to have to resort to using my SAD light today. It's been raining all week and part of last week. I looked at the weather forecast and it's going to rain next week and past Christmas.
No snow. I can't take it...it's really bringing me down. I haven't even finished my Christmas cards because of it.
So...SAD light it is. And a slice or two of Stollen.
Oh, Oh....yesterday I found Chocolate Dusted Truffles!!!
The Holiday weight just keeps piling on!! So be it.

The holidays are made for gaining weight dobie! Pass over some of those truffles my mouth is watering.

I used to work with a chef from germany and he made stollen every year and it was great. I would love a piece or two of stollen if theres some left. Oh, and do you have some truffles left dobie? Those sound wonderful. Sorry to hear about all that rain dobie. What do you think about getting that snow machine cranked up and we can have a white christmas here in the lounge.
