Yes, I can do it! You're very kind.. My gorgeous hair is not so gorgeous at the moment. Wah! A decent section of my crown is pretty short. It's covered by a section of hair, but not super well. Bleeeeh. And my wedding is in a week and a half! It's not too bad really, my hair, but it's not what I had dreamed of. Oh well, it could be worse. I'm going to buy some dermatch to help thicken two patches up a bit.

Ha yes, I kept it on the down low. And it's not too awful.. just when it concerns my Mum it'll never be good really. Or at least not often. The one thing she is fixated upon, I won't give her. And that causes a lot of conflict.

Think of your mum as an agent of enlightenment, and try to forgive her as best you can, without losing anything yourself. This is what I tell myself about my brother, and sometimes my mum as well. .

That is good advice. I do forgive her... But that makes it even harder. It would be easier to begrudge her. I'm just so sad for her. And I'm sad that my actions in trying to protect her are what makes her miserable and angry a large part of the time.

Oh, I can totally relate to that!! You need to protect her for her, and for you. You can't sacrifice your life for her. I realize, with my Mum, that my being here to take care of her full time is the only thing that would make her happy, but then she would be worried about me all the time, and I'd be miserable. It really is a no-win situation, so you choose the best option that you can. Life deals us these cards, we make the best of it.
