  I have just recently started dating after such a very long time.  I feel ready and able and even willing to put forth the effort to a possible relationship.  Why is it though, that I  keep attracting the wrong guys?   Ahhhh! it's so overwhelming at times.  I'm trying hard not to concentrate on that word, diet ,  I am making a lyfestyle change, better food orep, better food choices.  It's not getting the hang of things that's so frustrating.  I'm not keeping my scale, I don't want the numbers, changing or not changing, to mess with my mind and my plan.  As I get stronger in my workouts and I feel the body toning, I also feel the loose fitting clothes and the shape changing on certain parts of my body....

  I'm so freaking proud right now.  I took two weeks off, well one really that turned into two ,  shame shame on me.  These last few days were really giving me stress because I couldn't find the strength to get going again, it's too darn easy to just not do it, but, enough is enough!!  I prepared myself with new workout videos so I won't be bored for a while .   This morning I finally got off of my tush and just did it!!
