  Got a GP visit tomorrow. I'm worried as I'm not sure what to focus on, there's so much wrong but I can't put any of the pain into words. I wish I could separate out what hurts most in the hope of some pain relief that might work. I'm not expecting any good to come of this visit and it depresses me. What depresses me more is I'm at the point where I'm struggling to cope with work. Couldn't go in yesterday and that's the first sick day in over 2 years.   looking for some advice. After doing ok for the past 3 months a flare hit me a week ago. This time a new symptom is causing the most issue and I don't know what to do. My ribs are so painful on both sides. I can't bare to touch them which is causing an issue trying to sit and sleeping is almost impossible. I'm also getting really bad muscle twitches in my rib cage on the left hand side something I have experienced before and had to see a physiotherapist to manipulate the area to stop it. Anyone...
