  Could TOS have caused my DVT?

  So the doctors think i have thoracic outlet syndrome on both sides of the body. This month i was diagnosed with a left subclavian dvt. I'm just wondering if the TOS could be solely responsible? ​Prior to the DVT I had not exercised for around a month so it doesn't make sense that it could have been effort induced. ​Any thoughts?

  I'm 21 and before being diagnosed with a DVT I was pretty healthy. I exercised regularly, had a reasonable diet and didn't smoke.So this all seems a bit unfair. I was diagnosed earlier this month and have had a number of blood tests done (I am still waiting for the results of some).I have been told that i have elevated levels of factor viii and an antithrombin deficiency.Also, i have thoracic outlet syndrome for which im due to see a vascular surgeon to have some scans done.I'm a bit scared and...
