  hi, I'm new to this support group but not new to DS. I have PTSD so I haven't ventured to this group until now. anyway, i am having panic attacks that keep me up all night. they're incredibly painful.. it usually starts that i notice my heart is pounding or racing, then my back, chest, and throat will start to feel very tight. i try to breathe through them like i would normal anxiety or panic attacks but it only helps so much. i may feel less panicky and can work through the feeling, but may...

  Hi there, and thanks for taking time to read this. I'll try to just get to the point in order to keep this as short as I can as I have a tendency to ramble. I have a history of abuse and stalking when I tried to leave that abuser. Obviously, these are the reasons for having PTSD. I'm naturally more on edge at night, even feeling my depression more at night.
