What you just described is EXACTLY how I feel. I started having panic attacks in December, and randomly my heart started raising then I got arm chest back throats tightness and pain and I'd shake really bad. It felt like I was having a heart attack. Every since the first one I have become scared of having more which then increased them. I started having them daily, at work, home everywhere. I began scared to stay home alone with my baby. I'm only 27, why am I worried about dying because of these panic attacks? :( it's awful! You're not alone! I went to the doctor and had alllllll sorts of tests done- I'm healthy!
I just started medicine about two months ago which I never wanted to do, but these attacks were literally making me miserable.
The medicine has helped a ton, I've also started seeing someone to help me with ways to get through these attacks.
I still have chest pain and pressure sometimes with troat pressure; however, they are not near as bad as they were and I've started living normal again! (Obviously still with the fear that'll happen.
YOU ARE NOT ALONE--- you will get through it, just remember- this has happened before and I survived this will pass. Try meditation, working out and breathing techniques.
Whew long post, but everything you explained is literally all I've felt! Good luck
