  My grampa always promised he'd get me a therapist but he's never done it. And when I bring it up he just changes the subject. I really need help. Is there ANY possible way to talk him into actually getting me a therapist?

  I'm afraid to be loved. Even as a friend. My family says I shouldn't be this way but they don't know me. I don't think I even know myself anymore. I'm too scared to ask for help.

  I've been abused all my life and started self harming when I was twelve. I recently tried to stop but the urges keep coming back. I'm so confused and I don't know what to do. I'm scared to even ask for help. Is this normal? Because to be quite honest I'm scared.
