  I HAVE TO SAY THIS AGAIN:Ask your doctor for Oxybutynin. Its an anticholinergic and it actually gave me my social life back. I experienced mild  side effects in the beginning, but only for a few weeks.

  PLEASE try Oxybutynin!!! I have had some miserable years  with this horrible condition. I still cant belive that this is over, but it is. Please talk to your doctor and good luck! :-)

  I have had HH for 9 years now. It really has effected my life in a destructive way. There ere many things I didnt do or engage in beause of HH. BUT, it is better, still there, but not as much. Large doses of B-vitamins, B1-B12. I also take Magnesium with the B`s.Try it, just in case it can help you :-)
