  Have split with my fiancée a few months now, decided to go no contact because he was hurting me daily when I kept him in my life afterwards as friends. I'm struggling because I can't stop thinking about whether or not he's met someone else. I don't know if it because I haven't spoken to him in a while that my thoughts are running away with me. I know it's absolutely none of my business, but it's getting my anxiety up. ANY ideas on how to stop this thought process as it's hindering my 'moving...

  hey guys, so I'm currently going through no contact! At first I felt rotten but I think things are starting to shift and I feel a little better. Clearer, more calm and a little more relaxed.so here's what I'm asking, would anyone like to share their positive stories on what no contact did for them?i guess it's a way of keeping me going and seeing that there is so much good going to come from this

  I'm 4 days into no contact and I'm fighting the urge right now to contact him! I'm anxious that he's with someone else or on a date with someone else (I know it's none of my buisness) but it's part of my personality and it drives me crazy! Some positive words of encouragement please!

  so today I saw my therapist! I discussed how I was having trouble getting past my ex! I told her how he blames me for everything. I guess I pressured him, after the first time he left me something just didn't sit right when we got back together. I wanted to know when my kids could come and stay with us again, I'd wait out the 1 month that he asked me too and then he would say ask me in the middle of next month.. so I'd wait, then I asked again and he said ask again at the end of the following...

  im trying my hardest with no contact but I'm finding that tough. It's horrible actually! But I know it's for the best! He's lied to me several times since we split, saying I need a few weeks to clear my head, to I need a few months to clear my head to then I can't talk to you until next year! Told me he split with me the first time for a reason and that he only got back with me through guilt.
