  My anxiety has been progressing over the past couple weeks. My mom doesn't understand, she is constantly telling me that "You don't even know what a panic attack is" or "I don't understand why you have this whole anxiety thing, nothing is wrong with you, you're okay" and I can't tell her that I'm not.   My sister died about 2 1/2 weeks ago. She overdosed on heroin. She was my best friend, my second mom, everything.   Okay, so this is my first post on here. I was told to look on this sight because I'm not doing so good. About 2 1/2 weeks ago I was scrolling through facebook and I found a status, and I found out that my sister died.
