  I am new to the group.  I lost my husband September 26, 2010,it has been almost six years and my life has changed in so many ways.   I feel as if I was dropped kicked into another world and I will survive in the new world.  I no longer seek to get over losing my husband or move on.  I will allow my emotions to ebb and flow as needs be in order to grieve the way I need to grieve.  I feel so much better accepting my grieving process and not attempting to grieve as people expect me to grieve....
