  ...so said Mark Twain.   I've sort of quit. I haven't bought a pack since New Years Eve however I have bummed a butt twice since then. I've resolved not to buy any more cigarettes, ever. Not even if someone gives me money to buy a pack for them. But Lord I still have the urge to light up.

  I quit for a few months in 1999, gained 60 pounds right off, tried to be an occasional smoker and went right back to a pack a day, Lucky Strike no filters instead of Camels. January of 2007 through November 2008 smoke free then I took it up again for the dumbest reason. I thought I could share "one puff" with a lady friend who I was making smoke in my garage instead of my house. Ha ha.I'll be 60 if I make it to my birthday this year.   I have a 30 something family member with 6 biological children and 3 step children that is being extremely abusive verbally and likely in other ways.He totally doesn't even get that his wife has sent 2 of her daughters to live with their biological father because of the abuse.   I got a email claiming that listening to their recordings will eliminate my tinnitus and it's supposedly a money back guarantee if it doesn't work.I'm guessing there's some fine print somewhere in the guarantee. They want $67 for the "risk free" trial.Has anyone else tried this type of therapy? Did it work?
