  Here is another big issue I have and only realise recently:When I have a good feeling, I often have a bad feeling following.The best example I have is last friday evening:Our work organized a summer party, which went really well actually, better than expected in a social environment.I spent a really good evening.... until as soon as I got home.I barely had the time to lay down on my bed, that I started crying for two hours....I know the feeling of sadness is increased by alcool. BUT this...
