  Hi. I just need to know I'm not nuts right now. I live with my grandma and she has severe emotional problems. I 've dealt with it most of my life and it's just that right now I have no family support.I have really bad anxiety myself and I've asked her many times to please not bombard me with bad news first thing in the morning.   Hi. I haven't been around for a while, but that's because I was feeling better and staying busy.Things have back slid quite a lot. I'm not holding it together well. Crying at work, having panic attacks, and so down that nothing sounds fun. Part of me knows that I should really consider taking my meds again. But on the other hand I was really proud to be off them and they made me feel weird. Like I wasn't quite myself.I need other perspectives because having this go round and round in my head...

  Hello! I just joined this group. I'm living with my grandmother and helping her pay off her house. She has a lot of mental health problems, but I want to talk about her OCD.
